Terms and Conditions:

  • The coupon code can only be used by new customers on their first orders.
  • Qualified new customers must verify his/ her mobile number (at Account Profile), and have no purchase records nor order cancellation records in his/her account. The registered phone number should not be used in other account's profile nor delivery contact.
  • Users from HKTVmall Lite are not applicable to this promotion.
  • The coupon code is redeemable only when the coupon code is entered during the checkout process of online shopping.
  • Each user account can enjoy the coupon code once only. Only one coupon code can be used in a single transaction.
  • The coupon code shall be used from 3 to 31 May, 2021, failing which the coupon code shall expire with no refund or exchange
  • HKTVmall is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged of the coupon.
  • Offer is only applicable to selected store items and the total amount reach $200 or above by purchase from 1 single store.
  • The coupon code cannot be used for any commercial purpose.

「Citi HKTVmall信用卡 - 額外$200 Mall Dollar迎新獎賞活動」（「活動」）條款及細則:
  1. 推廣期由2021年5月6日至2021年5月31日,包括首尾兩日(「推廣期」)。 
  2. 客戶(「合資格持卡人」)須填妥及遞交申請表並成功獲花旗銀行(香港)有限公司(「花旗銀行」)發出Citi HKTVmall信用卡。迎新獎賞只適用於現在不持有及由申請認可信用卡當月起計過去12個月內不曾持有或不曾取消任何由花旗銀行所發行之Citi信用卡之客戶(「新客戶」)。
  3. 合資格持卡人須於推廣期內透過HKTVmall App填妥及遞交申請Citi HKTVmall信用卡，並於2021年6月30日或之前成功獲花旗銀行批核。

  5. Mall Dollar回贈換詳情將於Citi HKTVmall信用卡批核後2個星期內由HKTVmall通知合資格持卡人。

  7. Mall Dollar須於有效期內簽賬時使用。
  8. Mall Dollar不得轉讓 、換取、退換及兌換現金。任何未使用的Mall Dollar 有效期後將會失效。
  9. Mall Dollar 不適用於扣除物流運費。
  10. 如客戶於任何情況下退貨或撤銷合資格交易，HKTVmall保留權利於客戶之HKTVmall帳戶內直接扣除所給予之Mall Dollar而毋須另行通知。
  11. HKTVmall保留隨時更改、終止及/或取消活動或修訂條款及細則之權利。
  12. 如中英文條款有所差異，一概以英文版本為準。
  13. 如有任何爭議，香港電視購物網絡有限公司保留最終決定權。

“Citi HKTVmall Card – Extra $200 Mall Dollar Welcome Offer Program” (“Program”) Terms and Conditions
  1. Unless specified, the promotion period is valid from May 6, 2021 to May 31, 2021, both days inclusive ("Promotion Period"). 
  2. Customers ("Eligible Cardholders") must submit the application form and successfully apply for a principal card of Citi HKTVmall Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank"). The Welcome Offers are only applicable to customers who currently do not hold, have not cancelled or have not held any principal card of Citi Credit Card within the past 12 months from the month of application for the Eligible Card ("New Customer").
  3. Eligible Cardholders must submit their application for a principal card of Citi HKTVmall Card within the Promotion Period via HKTVmall App and successfully approved by Citibank on or before 30 Jun, 2021.
  4. Program is only applied to HKTVmall new customers who have used coupon code of new customers special offer. Qualified HKTVmall new customers must verify his/ her mobile number (at Account Profile), and have no purchase records nor order cancellation records in his/her account. The registered phone number should not be used in other account's profile nor delivery contact.
  5. Mall Dollar rebate details will be sent by HKTVmall to Eligible Cardholders, within a week of card approval.
  6. Mall Dollar is valid for 3 month, starting from the date credited to customers’ HKTVmall account. 
  7. Mall Dollar can be used in any purchases within Mall Dollar effective period.
  8. Mall Dollar cannot be transferred nor exchanged and is non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash. Any unused and expired HKTVmall Mall Dollar will be forfeited.
  9. Mall Dollar rebate cannot be used for payment of delivery charges.
  10. If under any circumstances the Eligible Transaction is refunded or cancelled, HKTVmall reserves the absolute right to deduct value of the HKTVmall Mall Dollar directly from the customers’ HKTVmall account without prior notice.
  11. HKTVmall reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the Program or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  12. In the event of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English version and Chinese version of the Program terms and conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
  13. In case of any disputes, Hong Kong TV Shopping Network Company Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.
