4.    This promotion is applicable to www.hktvmall.com, HKTVmall – online shopping, and HKTVmall Lite – Online Shopping application. The promotion is not applicable to the HKTVmall O2O shop on-site payment and Wet Market Express.    
5.    The order date must be between July 6, 2026, 00:00 and July 19, 2026, 23:59. The electronic order will clearly list the order number, product name, purchase amount, and purchase date. The order becomes invalid if expired.    
6.    The consumption amount is based on the final discounted price of the product.    
7.    This event is only applicable to Hong Kong local orders; Ship to Macau orders and Ship to overseas orders are NOT included.    
8.    Eligible orders are only main orders; add-on orders will not be counted. The redemption products will be delivered by the merchant. The merchant will contact the customer to arrange the delivery time. For details, please contact the merchant.    
9.    During the event period, only one redemption product can be redeemed in a single transaction, and subsequent prices will be calculated at the regular price.    
10.  Customers have to add the redemption product to their shopping cart, together with the specific coupon code, in order to enjoy the offer. If the specific promo code is not applied successfully before checkout, the relevant discount will not be reissued.  
11.    Redemption products are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.    
12.    Redemption product cannot be exchanged for cash, discounts, or other gifts and services, and cannot be copied, transferred, or resold.

13.    Once the redemption products are redeemed, they cannot be exchanged, canceled, or returned. Colour cannot be changed. Redemption order cannot be exchanged, canceled, or returned. We do not accept any exchange/ return requests.

15.    HKTVmall reserves the right to add, delete, modify, or update the terms and conditions of this event or change the content of this event at any time and for any reason without prior notification to participants. Participants agree that regardless of whether they are notified by HKTVmall, their participation in the event will be deemed to have accepted the changes to these terms and conditions.     
16.    This promotion is subject to relevant terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to HKTVmall’s interpretation. HKTVmall reserves the right to make the final decision on this event. In addition, HKTVmall also reserves the right to terminate this event at any time.
