2. 本換購活動推廣期由2025年4月09日上午00時00分至2025年4月22日晚上11時59分進行。活動時間及參與時間以HKTVmall伺服器接收資料時間（香港時區UTC+08:00）為準。
3. 客戶於推廣期間，於網上購買任何貨品，單一訂單內滿港幣$100元或以上, 輸入優惠碼, 即可以優惠價換購蘇黎世保險旅遊保險。合資格消費不包括運費、平台費、膠袋收費、1 號嬰兒奶粉 (Category code:AA11921005001, AA28051000001)、HKTVmall 購物禮券 (Category Code: AA95990000001)、及以上換購保險產品、加購訂單消費不計算在內。訂單日期必須為2025年4月09日上午00時00分至2025年4月22日晚上11時59分進行，電子訂單將清楚列明訂單編號、商品名稱、購買金額及購買日期，逾期作廢。
4. 此優惠活動適用於 www.hktvmall.com、HKTVmall – 網上購物及HKTVmall 簡易版 - 網上購物應用程式結帳；O2O門市結帳及街市即日餸服務暫不享用此優惠。
5. 消費金額以產品最終折實價為準。
6. 產品優惠以原價5折計算，產品最終折實價以購物車內顯示價格為準。
7. 合資格訂單只限主訂單，加購訂單並不會計算在內。
8. 每張訂單只可換購一次，其後將以正價計算。每張訂單只限使用一個優惠碼，此優惠碼不能與其他優惠同時享用。
9. 客人需自行將換購產品加入購物車，並使用優惠碼，方可享用優惠。如結賬前未有使用指定優惠碼，有關優惠將不會獲得補發。
10. 換購產品數量有限，換完即止，並以結賬頁面(購物車)顯示為準。
11. 換購產品不得兌換現金、折扣或其他禮品及服務，不可複製、轉讓或轉售。換購產品若有任何遺失，將不會獲得任何補償或補發。
12. 旅遊保險由蘇黎世保險提供及受蘇黎世保險的條款及細則約束。主辦方只作換購計劃推廣，並非保險之供應商，故此不會承擔與保險有關之任何法律責任。任何有關蘇黎世旅遊保險兌換的問題一概由蘇黎世保險負責。任何有關保險兌換之爭議或投訴，均應由顧客與蘇黎世保險自行解決。
13. 本活動受有關條款及細則約束。條款及細則以產品網頁之條款及細則為準。主辦方保留對此活動的最終決定權。另外，主辦方亦保留權利隨時終止本活動。
14. 如中英文條款有所差異，一概以中文版本為準。

1. HKTVmall is the organizer of this promotion (hereinafter referred to as the "organizer")
2. This event will be held from Apr 09, 2025 00:00 to Apr 22, 2025 11:59 pm. The event time and participation time are based on the HKTVmall server data receiving time (UTC+08:00 in Hong Kong time zone).
3. During the promotion period, customers who spend upon HK$100 purchase in a single online transaction, can redeem Travel Insurance by entering promo code. Eligible spending does not include shipping costs, platform fees, plastic bag charges, stage 1 milk powder (Category Code: AA11921005001, AA28051000001), HKTVmall Gift Voucher (Category Code: AA95990000001),redemption products at above and add-on orders. The order date must be between Apr 09, 2025 00:00 and Apr 22, 2025 23:59. The electronic order will clearly list the order number, product name, purchase amount and purchase date. Order becomes invalid if expired.
4. This promotion is applicable to www.hktvmall.com, HKTVmall – online shopping and HKTVmall Lite – Online Shopping application. The promotion is not applicable to HKTVmall O2O shop on-site payment and HKTVexpress.
5. The consumption amount is based on the final discounted price of the product.
6. Products Discounts are 50% of original price,the price display on the checkout page(shopping cart) shall prevail.
7. Eligible orders are only main orders, add-on orders will not be counted.
8. During the event period, only one redemption product can be redeemed in a single transaction, and subsequent prices will be calculated at the regular price. Only one coupon code can be applied in a single transaction, and the offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
9. Customers have to add the redemption product to their shopping cart, together with the specific coupon code, in order to enjoy the offer. If the specific promo code is not applied successfully before checkout, the relevant discount will not be reissued.
10. The redemption product is in limited stock only, first come first served while supplies last.
11. Redemption products cannot be exchanged for cash, discounts or other gifts and services, and cannot be copied, transferred or resold. If the redemption product is lost, it will not be reissued.
12. Travel insurance for redemption is provided by ZURICH INSURANCE COMPANY LTD and is subject to the terms and conditions of ZURICH INSURANCE COMPANY LTD. The organizer is only responsible for promoting the redemption program and is not the supplier of the insurance, and therefore will not assume any legal responsibility related to the insurance. Any issues regarding the insurance, ZURICH INSURANCE COMPANY LTD owns the sole responsibility. Any disputes or complaints related to insurance redemption should be resolved between the customer and ZURICH INSURANCE COMPANY LTD.
13. This activity is subject to relevant terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to terms and conditions on the Product website. The organizer reserves the right to make the final decision on this event. In addition, the organizer also reserves the right to terminate this event at any time.
14. If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English terms, the Chinese version shall prevail.
