Booking confirmation deadline shall be 15 business days prior to commencement date . Material submission deadline shall be 12 business days prior to commencement date . Credit is non-refundable when booking is confirmed.
Once a booking is placed, no amendment is allowed, including changing advertising period, advertising format, advertising content and requesting refund. HKTVmall reserves all right to suspend, remove or reject placement of the Advertisement for any suspicions of misleading information, false trade descriptions and/or contravention of the laws of Hong Kong (in HKTVmall’s sole discretion), without any refund or compensation.
Hong Kong TV Shopping Network Company Limited reserves the right to amend or alter the Advertising Rate Card at any time without prior notice. Please refer to the updated Advertising Rate Card on HKTVmall’s official website.
Advertisers can send materials to HKTVmall for production. HKTVmall provides layout design and copywriting services, including layout amendments of up to 2 times.
If Advertisers choose to upload own designed banners, HKTVmall would not provide design services after confirming the booking.
Advertisers shall adhere to the terms and conditions as set out in HKTVmall's Advertiser Content Guidelines when submitting the advertising materials.
Advertisers warrant that the advertisement and/or materials submitted do not contravene the laws of Hong Kong, nor infringe the trade marks, copyright or other rights of any third party, business or corporation .
Advertiser shall be solely responsible for the contents of the advertisement. The Advertiser shall indemnify and keep indemnified Hong Kong TV Shopping Network Company Limited on a full indemnity basis against all actions, proceedings, costs, damages, expenses, claims, demands and liabilities arising in any manner whatsoever from or in consequence of the publication of any material whatsoever supplied by the Advertiser, including without limitation, any claim or damage arising from any dispute concerning defamation, infringement of trade marks, copyright or contravention of the laws of Hong Kong.
Submitted advertisement and/or materials shall avoid plagiarize HKTVmall's Campaign or Hero Promotions (including but not limited to Flash Sales, VIP Day, Thankful etc.), and avoid to mislead customers that the advertisement is associated with HKTVmall's identity including HKTVmall’s Marketing campaigns, the advertisement will be discontinued if found violates with the above guidelines. All displayed advertisement subject to final HKTVmall’s approval and discretion.
In the event of any dispute, Hong Kong TV Shopping Network Company Limited’s decision shall be final and conclusive. These Advertising Guidelines are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
Advertising Guidelines are provided in the English and Traditional Chinese languages. In the event of any inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.
General Advertising Guidelines
HKTVmall will review and confirm ad materials submission, if any problem is found, order status will turn to ‘Invalid Info & resubmit’. Advertisers should logon to system to check the order status from time to time. The system will generate email notification to remind advertisers on order status update.
When order status changes to ‘Invalid Info & resubmit’, advertisers will have to revise the content or resubmit materials on or before 4:30 pm on the day of deadline. As the deadline includes time of reviewing materials, we suggest to complete all materials revision and resubmission to allow more time for review.
Due to design revision lead time, you have 2 times of review and comment left before 4:30pm on 3 working days before deadline of ‘Waiting to confirm’. The time of review and comment will be reduced to 1 after 4:30pm on 3 working days before deadline of ‘Waiting to confirm’. NO comment will be allowed after 4:30pm on 2 working days before deadline of ‘Waiting to confirm’.
It is not allowed to change the offer type and offer details after materials submission. Please confirm product price, promotion period and number of stock before booking and submitting materials.
Advertisers must provide promotional discounts/ offer mentioned in the advertisement within the ad launch period. HKTVmall reserves all right to suspend, remove or reject placement of the Advertisement for any suspicions of misleading information, false trade descriptions and/or contravention of the laws of Hong Kong (in HKTVmall’s sole discretion), without any refund or compensation.
If advertisers fail to submit correct materials or within the deadline, the order status may become ‘Failed to launch’ due to insufficient lead time, no refund or compensation will be issued in such case. Please note all deadlines and upload materials on time.
Advertisers should provide high resolution images that show full sku, with white or monochrome background, and without any graphics or watermarks on it.
If advertisers would like to include logos in design, please provide full and high resolution logo.
If advertisers would like to refer to previous designed banners, please provide Reference ID of previous orders, otherwise, new design will be provided.
It is not allowed to have same advertising content in same ad format and position at the same time. Please make sure there are no duplicated contents before submitting materials.If there is any duplicated bookings, no refund or compensation will be issued.
If the landing page URL is still inactivated on the day of materials submission, you may mention it in the ‘Offer details’ box.
Landing page URL must land to HKTVmall website.

Reason of ‘Fail to launch’ orders
When ad contents does not align with HKTVmall Advertising Rules and Regulations and fail to submit approved materials before deadline.
Product price does not align with discount price on advertisement on ad launch day.
Product content does not align with advertisement content on ad launch day.
Advertisers reject to launch the advertisement.
Having same advertising content in same ad format and position at the same time.
Advertisers fail to submit or revert the ad materials before deadline.
