Before the product arrived our warehouse, you can change the delivery time in "Change Delivery arrangement" of "Order History", and there are 3 time-slots available: 10:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 18:00 and 18:00 - 21:00 (Remarks: New delivery date can only be scheduled later than the original delivery date). Please note a confirmation call will be made prior to arrival by our courier staff. For merchant delivery product, please contact the Merchant directly.
Sorry about that. System immediately sends order information to the merchant process delivery arrangement, so cannot amend confirmed order details or cancel the order.
Visa/Master Credit card, Union Pay, PayPal, PayMe, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay HK or Octopus: Refund will be made to original method of payment within 5 working days.
Mall Dollars: Mall dollars will be made to HKTVmall account in the next working day.
System will automatically reschedule your order on the next earliest delivery date again and inform you via "notification". Please be reminded that will arrange five times delivery only for each order. If cannot be completed, the items will be destroyed and your order will be cancelled without any refund.
