條款及細則

 

一、推廣活動

1. 活動合作機構： 本活動由 HKTVmall CASHBACK 篤篤賺 及 韓國觀光公社 聯合推廣。 
2. 活動時間： 2026 年 9 月 21 日凌晨 00:00:00 至 2026 年 11 月 20 日晚上 23:59:59（以 HKTVmall CASHBACK 篤篤賺系統紀錄之成功交易時間為準）。

參加本活動即表示明白，同意並接受以下條款及細則：

 

1. 參加資格是以單一訂單計算，不可合并訂單。
2.  成功訂單須符合以下所有條件：

1. 於HKTVmall 流動應用程式內CASHBACK篤篤賺合作商戶之訂單。
2. 訂單必須於 2026 年 12 月 31 日或之前完成入住／使用相關旅遊服務。如未能於指定日期前完成相關旅程，該訂單將不獲計算為合資格訂單。 
3. 訂單必須完成並獲商戶最終確認；如訂單於完成旅程前被取消、退款或退貨，該訂單將不獲計算為合資格訂單。
4. 每位用戶於本活動期間，每項優惠最多可享一次額外 Mall Dollar 獎賞，即最多可獲發 $100 Mall Dollar 及 $50 Mall Dollar 各一次，合共最高 $150 Mall Dollar。如同一用戶於同一項優惠下完成多於一筆符合消費要求之合資格訂單，亦只可獲發一次相應獎賞，其他訂單將不會獲計算，亦不設重複獎賞。
5. 如用戶取消首張訂單，而該訂單尚未獲發本活動之 Mall Dollar 獎賞，其後重新下單之訂單只要符合本活動之消費金額、指定商戶／產品類別及其他合資格條件，仍可獲得相應之額外 Mall Dollar 獎賞。

3. 如該訂單未滿足以上任一條件，則該訂單非成功訂單而客戶並不符合活動資格。

二、優惠1: 酒店、機票及酒店＋機票套票賺額外 $100 Mall Dollar獎賞

1. 參與資格： 用戶必須於活動時間內，經由 HKTVmall CASHBACK 篤篤賺 頁面跳轉至指定旅遊平台，並成功完成一筆單一訂單淨消費滿港幣 $2,000 或以上之合資格訂單（不含運費、手續費、稅項及任何折價券／折扣代碼金額）。

3. 名額限制： 本活動酒店、機票及酒店＋機票套票優惠名額總數為 1,900 名，先到先得，送完即止。 
4. 指定旅遊平台及旅遊產品類別：

 

三、 優惠 2: Klook 旅行團額外 $50 Mall Dollar獎賞

1. 參與資格： 用戶必須於活動時間內，經由 HKTVmall CASHBACK 篤篤賺 頁面跳轉至 Klook，並成功完成一筆單一訂單淨消費滿港幣 $1,200 或以上之合資格旅行團訂單（不含運費、手續費、稅項及任何折價券／折扣代碼金額）。
2. 名額限制： 本活動旅行團優惠名額總數為 200 名，先到先得，送完即止。

四、 活動通知及 Mall Dollar獎賞 發放安排

1. 系統通知： 符合本活動資格之用戶將由 HKTVmall 系統透過 HKTVmall App 內的系統訊息通知。收到系統通知不代表已完成合資格訂單或已獲發獎賞。
2. Mall Dollar 獎賞發放安排：額外 Mall Dollar 將於合資格訂單獲合作商戶確認後發放，並將於 2027年3月31日或之前 存入客戶之 CASHBACK 篤篤賺 戶口。實際發放時間以系統記錄為準。

五、其他條款與細則 

1. 資料及紀錄： 所有與本活動相關之交易紀錄、客戶優惠資格、名額使用情況、Mall Dollar 獎賞發放與否等，以 HKTVmall 所持有之最終紀錄為準。
2. 活動變更及終止： HKTVmall 保留隨時修改、暫停或終止本活動及／或修訂本條款及細則（包括但不限於活動期、獎賞內容、金額、名額及參加資格等）的權利，而毋須事先通知。
3. 責任限制： 在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，HKTVmall 對於因本活動或獎賞而引致或相關之任何損失、損害、索償或開支（不論直接或間接）概不承擔任何責任，惟因 HKTVmall 重大過失或故意行為所致者除外。如因網絡、技術、系統、電腦或其他不可抗力因素導致資料遺失、延誤、錯誤或無法讀取，HKTVmall 概不負責。
4. 帳戶資格與違規處理： 如參加者於獲發獎賞後取消 HKTVmall 帳戶，HKTVmall 有權扣回部份或全部已發放之 Mall Dollar。如 HKTVmall 懷疑任何用戶涉及不當或欺詐行為（包括但不限於利用虛假帳戶、機器人批量註冊或異常交易等），HKTVmall 有權取消其參加活動資格及扣回／追討所有相關獎賞。
5. Mall Dollar 使用規則： 所有於本活動下發放之 Mall Dollar 之有效期為發放日起 90 日，到期後自動失效且不設補發。本活動所獲得之 Mall Dollar 只可用於 HKTVmall 平台之網上消費，不可兌換現金、轉讓或作其他用途。客戶可於 HKTVmall App 或網站之帳戶內查閱 Mall Dollar 餘額及有效期。
6. 法律管轄與爭議： 本活動及本條款及細則受香港特別行政區法律管轄，並按其詮釋。如有任何爭議，HKTVmall 保留最終決定權。

【Book South Korea Travel Products via Designated Platforms for Extra $150 Mall Dollar Reward】

Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period & Eligibility

• Co-organizers: This promotion is jointly organized by HKTVmall CASHBACK and the Korea Tourism Organization.
• Promotion Period: September 21, 2026 (00:00:00) to November 20, 2026 (23:59:59) (based on the successful transaction time recorded by the HKTVmall CASHBACK system).
• By participating in this promotion, users understand, agree, and accept the following terms and conditions:
  • Eligibility is calculated on a single-transaction basis. Combining multiple orders is not allowed.
  • A successful order must meet all of the following criteria:
    1. Placed with a participating merchant via HKTVmall CASHBACK on the HKTVmall App.
    2. The relevant travel service or hotel stay must be completed/used on or before December 31, 2026. Uncompleted travel by the specified date will render the order ineligible.
    3. The order must be fully completed and finally confirmed by the merchant. Any canceled, refunded, or returned orders prior to or after travel completion will be deemed ineligible.
  • Each user can enjoy each offer's extra Mall Dollar reward a maximum of once during the promotion period (i.e., up to one $100 Mall Dollar reward and one $50 Mall Dollar reward, totaling a maximum of $150 Mall Dollar). Multiple qualifying transactions under the same offer tier will not yield duplicate rewards.
  • If a user cancels their initial order before the Mall Dollar reward is credited, subsequent orders meeting the spending threshold, designated merchant/product category, and other criteria will remain eligible for the reward.
  • Orders failing to fulfill any of the above conditions will not be deemed successful, and the customer will forfeit eligibility.

2. Offer 1: Extra $150 Mall Dollar Reward for Hotels, Flights, and Flight + Hotel Packages

• Eligibility: Users must redirect to designated travel platforms via the HKTVmall CASHBACK page during the promotion period and successfully complete a single qualifying transaction with a net spending of HK$2,000 or above (excluding delivery fees, service charges, taxes, and applied coupons/discount codes).
• Quota: Limited to a total quota of 1,900 for hotel, flight, and flight + hotel package bookings on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

3. Offer 2: Extra $50 Mall Dollar Reward for Klook Tour Packages

• Eligibility: Users must redirect to Klook via the HKTVmall CASHBACK page during the promotion period and successfully complete a single qualifying tour package transaction with a net spending of HK$1,200 or above (excluding delivery fees, service charges, taxes, and applied coupons/discount codes).
• Quota: Limited to a total quota of 200 for tour package bookings on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

4. Event Notifications & Mall Dollar Reward Distribution

• System Notification: Eligible users will receive a push notification via the HKTVmall App system. Receiving a system notification does not constitute final completion of an eligible order or guaranteed reward disbursement.
• Mall Dollar Distribution: Extra Mall Dollar reward will be distributed after eligible orders are confirmed by the partner merchant and will be deposited into the customer's CASHBACK account on or before March 31, 2027. The actual distribution time is subject to system records.

5. General Terms & Conditions

• Records: All transaction records, eligibility status, quota consumption, and Mall Dollar disbursement statuses are subject to the final records held by HKTVmall.
• Modifications & Termination: HKTVmall reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion and/or modify these terms and conditions (including campaign periods, rewards, quota, and eligibility) at any time without prior notice.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HKTVmall bears no liability for any losses, damages, claims, or expenses (direct or indirect) arising from or in connection with this promotion or reward, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by HKTVmall. HKTVmall is not responsible for data loss, delay, error, or unreadability caused by network failures, technical issues, system errors, or force majeure events.
• Account Status & Violations: If a participant cancels their HKTVmall account after receiving rewards, HKTVmall reserves the right to deduct or claw back any distributed Mall Dollar. HKTVmall reserves the right to disqualify any user and recover distributed rewards if fraudulent/improper behavior (e.g., false accounts, bot registrations, abnormal transactions) is suspected.
• Mall Dollar Usage Rules: All Mall Dollar rewards issued under this promotion are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. Expired Mall Dollar will be forfeited and will not be reissued. Mall Dollar is valid strictly for online purchases on the HKTVmall platform and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or used otherwise. Balance and validity details can be checked inside the HKTVmall App or website account settings.
• Governing Law & Disputes: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In case of any dispute, HKTVmall reserves the right of final decision.

In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
