1.2 參加本活動必須為已成功登記及持有有效 HKTVmall 帳戶之人士方可參加本活動（「合資格客戶」）。
2.2 「被推薦人」指首次於 CASHBACK 篤篤賺輸入有效推薦碼之新CASHBACK 篤篤賺用戶，而每名被推薦人僅 可獲發一次被推薦人獎賞。
2.3 「新CASHBACK 篤篤賺用戶」需同時符合以下所有條件：
(a) 輸入推薦碼前從未於 HKTVmall CASHBACK 篤篤賺完成任何訂單；及
(b) 從未輸入或分享任何 CASHBACK 篤篤賺推薦碼。
3.1 每名推薦人於活動期內可獲發一個專屬推薦碼，並可重複分享予多名朋友使用。請留意每個活動期的推薦朋友可獲的Mall Dollar 獎賞上限。

3.2 HKTVmall 有權因系統保安或防濫用需要，暫停或終止任何推薦碼之使用權，而毋須事先通知或提供原因。
3.3 被推薦人須於活動期內成功輸入有效推薦碼並完成合資格交易（定義請看條款四）後才可獲得獎賞。
4.1 「合資格交易」指被推薦人於輸入推薦碼後 150 日內（「合資格交易期」），透過 CASHBACK 篤篤賺提供的特定連結前往合作商戶官方網站或應用程式，完成預訂及獲商戶確認的訂單，且訂單實付金額需為HK$100或以上（不包括任何稅項、附加費、保險費、服務費、優惠券／折扣扣減部分等）。
4.2 合資格交易不限於輸入推薦碼後之首筆訂單；例如，若首筆訂單實付金額未達 HK$100，但後續成功預訂及獲商戶確認的訂單（於 150 日內）實付金額達 HK$100 或以上，則該後續訂單將視為合資格交易，並觸發獎賞發放。
4.4 任何在被推薦人輸入推薦碼前所進行之交易，概不會計算為本活動之合資格交易。
4.5 如合資格交易其後被取消、退款、退貨、未能成功完成結算，或被商戶／HKTVmall 判定為欺詐、異常或不合規行為，該交易將不會視為合資格交易，且如已發放獎賞，HKTVmall有權將已獎賞的相關 Mall Dollar在不作事先通知的情況下扣回或取消。
5.2 被推薦人獎賞：
(a) 每名被推薦人完成合資格交易後，可獲相應活動期之推廣頁面列明之 Mall Dollar獎賞（「被推薦人獎賞」）。
(b) 每名被推薦人僅可獲發一次被推薦人獎賞，且不可重複領取。
5.3 所有於本活動下發放之 Mall Dollar 之有效期為發放日起 90 日，到期後自動失效且不設補發。
5.4 本活動所獲得之 Mall Dollar 只可用於 HKTVmall 平台之網上消費，不可兌換現金、轉讓或作其他用途。
5.5 所適用之推薦人獎賞及被推薦人獎賞金額，將以被推薦人成功輸入推薦碼當日所屬之活動期為準。
6.1 推薦人獎賞及被推薦人獎賞，將會在被推薦人的合資格交易獲商戶確認後（即爲賺取之 Mall Dollar 回贈狀態由「等候確認」更新為「已入賬」後），約 10 日內存入但實際存入日按實際情況爲準。
6.2 客戶可於 HKTVmall App 或網站之帳戶內查閱 Mall Dollar 餘額及有效期。
7.2 如 HKTVmall 懷疑任何推薦碼的使用涉及不當或欺詐行為（包括但不限於自我推薦、利用虛假帳戶或機器人批量註冊、倒賣推薦碼等），HKTVmall 有權取消分享及使用該推薦碼用戶的參加活動資格及所有未發放／已發放的任何獎賞，並保留追討已使用獎賞價值之權利。
7.3 任何經第三方平台或非 HKTVmall 官方渠道出售、轉讓或公開散播之推薦碼，HKTVmall 有權視為無效。
9.2 如本活動終止或修改，HKTVmall 就已產生之合資格交易及獎賞處理安排，將按當時最新公佈之條款及細則執行。
10.2 如因網絡、技術、系統、電腦或其他不可抗力因素導致資料遺失、延誤、錯誤或不了解讀，HKTVmall 概不負責。
11.2 如參加者於獲發獎賞後取消 HKTVmall 帳戶，HKTVmall 有權扣回部份或全部已發放之 Mall Dollar。
11.3 本活動及本條款及細則受香港特別行政區法律管轄，並按其詮釋。
11.4 如有任何爭議，HKTVmall 保留最終決定權。
1.1 The promotion period (“Promotion Period”) is based on the dates stated on the relevant promotional page, inclusive of both start and end dates.
1.2 This promotion is only open to users who have successfully registered and hold a valid HKTVmall account (“Eligible Customers”).
2.1 A “Referrer” is an Eligible Customer who obtains and shares their unique CASHBACK referral code (“Referral Code”) via the HKTVmall app or website during the Promotion Period.
2.2 A “Referee” is a new CASHBACK user who enters a valid Referral Code for the first time. Each Referee can only receive the reward once.
2.3 A “New CASHBACK User” must meet ALL of the following conditions:
3.1 Each Referrer will receive one unique Referral Code per Promotion Period and may share it with multiple friends. Reward caps per campaign apply.
Note: When sharing via WeChat, users must copy and paste the link manually; direct redirection may fail.
3.2 HKTVmall reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Referral Code without prior notice for security or anti-abuse reasons.
4.1 An “Eligible Transaction” means a transaction where:

Example: If the first order is below HK$100, but a later order within 150 days reaches HK$100+, that later order will qualify.
4.4 Any transactions made before entering the Referral Code will NOT be counted.
4.5 If a transaction is cancelled, refunded, returned, fails, or is deemed fraudulent or abnormal:
(a) For each successful referral (Referee completes an eligible transaction), the Referrer receives Mall Dollars as stated in the promotion.
(b) There is a reward cap per Promotion Period.
(a) Each Referee receives Mall Dollars after completing an eligible transaction.
(b) Each Referee can only receive this reward once.
6. Reward Distribution
6.1 Rewards will be credited approximately 10 days after the transaction is confirmed (i.e., cashback status changes from “Pending” to “Confirmed”).
6.2 Users can check their Mall Dollar balance and expiry in their HKTVmall account.
7.1 Accounts must remain valid and in good standing (no suspension, restriction, or suspicious activity).
7.2 HKTVmall may disqualify users and revoke rewards if abuse is suspected, including:

8.1 HKTVmall’s records regarding transactions, referral usage, and reward distribution are final.
9.1 HKTVmall reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion or terms at any time without prior notice.
9.2 Any changes will follow the latest published terms at the time.
10.1 HKTVmall is not liable for any losses related to the promotion, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
10.2 HKTVmall is not responsible for issues caused by network, system, or technical failures.
11.1 This promotion cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
11.2 If a user cancels their account after receiving rewards, HKTVmall may reclaim the Mall Dollars.
11.3 These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
11.4 HKTVmall reserves the final decision in case of disputes.
