以下是CASHBACK商店購物後或旅遊後mall dollar回贈的注意事項:

1. 購物後並成功符合回贈條款，預計可於購物後最遲90日內收到mall dollar 回贈。
2. 旅遊後並成功符合回贈條款，預計可於旅遊後最遲120日內收到mall dollar 回贈。
3. 所有CASHBACK商店產品或服務價錢只供參考，一切以商戶網站顯示為準。
4. 所有交易必須透過由HKTVmall 有效的連結至商戶網站進行 。此外, 在連結至商戶網站之前，請確保您已「清空」商戶網站之購物車。如果您先將產品添加到商戶網站購物車，然後再從HKTVmall連結到商店並結帳，您將無法獲得Mall Dollar回贈。
5. 經HKTVmall 連結至商戶網站後，請勿開啟其他網站或網上廣告 (例如格價網站或其他回贈網站等)，否則將無法獲取Mall Dollar回贈。
6. 如果您在商家結帳頁面付款失敗，請再次點擊HKTVmall並重新購買，以獲得Mall Dollar回贈。
7. 任何交易使用非HKTVmall提供的「推廣折扣碼」進行交易/購買，均不享有Mall Dollar回贈。
8. 所有交易必須透過由HKTVmall 有效的連結至商戶網站進行，如果您自行更改語言、貨幣或地區，您將無法獲得Mall Dollar 回贈。
9. 任何預購產品均不享有HKTVmall dollar回贈。 更改訂單（包括訂單內容）或訂單取消或訂單退貨（部分退貨）或產品換貨（部分換貨）均不享有Mall Dollar 回贈。
10. 任何禮品卡購買、兌換、退貨、換貨及取消訂單均不可享有 Mall Dollar 回贈。
11. 如果產品沒有「Mall Dollar」回贈標籤, 該產品並無法獲取Mall Dollar回贈。
12. 如果交易金額包括任何消費稅, 服務費, 商店積分, 折扣代碼及優惠券, 並不符合Mall Dollar回贈資格。
13. 任何使用優惠券或折扣碼在其他合作網站上進行的預訂或交易，將不符合 Mall Dollar 回贈的資格。
14. 任何直接透過線上與服務供應商直接進行的預訂或交易訂單，將不符合 Mall Dollar 回贈的資格。
15. 如有任何參與詐欺訂單或活動以遊戲或欺騙現金, 有關系統的帳戶及訂單將被禁止，Mall Dollar回贈將被沒收。
16. HKTVmall Mall Dollar 回贈金額將以商戶的貨幣匯率為準。
17. 若任何訂單有疑，包括但不僅限於旅行團或旅行社等團體訂單，HKTVmall 將會保留所有取消、修改、終止或暫停回贈之權利。

18. 若任何訂單因取消或更改旅遊日期等，HKTVmall將會保留所有取消、修改、終止或暫停回贈之權利。

19. HKTVmall保留隨時修改、終止或暫停Mall Dollar回贈活動的權利。  活動內容或任何條款如有更新，將在本頁公佈，恕不另行通知。

商店送貨 / 退貨條款

1. 此商店為「展示商店」，店內所有產品及服務資料只供參考，實際以商戶網站之版本為準。
2. 客戶如需購買產品，需經由HKTVmall連結到商戶網站購物及完成訂單，產品運送亦由商戶網站負責。
3. 所有運費詳情，訂單查詢，退換貨處理請參閱商戶網站。

Below are the terms & Conditions of Product & Travel service in CASHBACK stores :

1. Customers purchased product and successful tracked, mall dollar rebate may get after shopping 90 days.
2. Customers purchased travel items and successful tracked, mall dollar rebate may get after travel 120 days.
3. All displayed product or services price are for reference only, please refer to the official store website.
4. All transaction must be made through the valid redirect link from HKTVmall to the official store website. Before linking to a store from HKTVmall and please make sure you have “emptied” your shopping cart in the related official website.  If you add the product to the related official website shopping cart first, and then link to the official store website from HKTVmall and checkout, you will not be able to get the mall dollar rebate.
5. After redirecting from HKTVmall to the official store website, please do not open the website or online advertisement (such as price comparison websites or other Cashback websites etc.), otherwise you will not able to get the Mall Dollar Rebate.
6. Any transaction / purchase used the "Promotional Discount Code" which is not provided by HKTVmall, no Mall Dollar Rebate is entitled.
7. The Mall Dollar Rebate is based on the redirect link from HKTVmall, if you change the language, currency or region by yourself; you will not be able to get the Mall Dollar Rebate.
8. If your payment made on merchant check-out page has failed in any circumstances, do click through HKTVmall again and re-do your purchase in order to get the Mall Dollar Rebate.
9. There is no Mall Dollar Rebate for any no cancellation, no shows and change bookings.  There is no Mall Dollar Rebate for changing the order inclusive of order content or order cancellation or order return (partial return) or product exchange (partial exchange).
10. Any gift card purchase and redemption are not eligible for Mall Dollar Rebate.
11. If any product items do not have “Mall Dollar” rebate tag when checking out the products are not eligible for Mall Dollar Rebate.
12. Taxes, service charges, in-store credits, discount codes and coupons are not eligible for Mall Dollar Rebate.
13. Bookings or transactions made on other partnership websites using coupons or discount codes will not be eligible for Mall Dollar Rebate.
14. Bookings or transactions made directly with the Online Travel Agencies will not eligible for Mall Dollar Rebate.
15. Any accounts or bookings that engage in fraudulent orders or activities to game or cheat the system, will be banned, with Mall Dollar Rebate forfeited.
16. HKTVmall Mall Dollar Rebate amount will vary according to the merchant's currency exchange rate.

17. Any order seems to be made or confirmed by travel group or travel agency; HKTVmall reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend mall dollar rebate.

18. Any change on order either modification on travel dates or cancellation; HKTVmall reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend mall dollar rebate

19. HKTVmall reserves the right to modify, terminate or suspend the Mall Dollar Rebate campaign at any time.  If there is any update on the event content or precautions, it will be announced on this page without prior notice.
