條款及細則

以下是CASHBACK 篤篤賺 購物後或旅遊後Mall Dollar回贈的注意事項:

 

1.  CASHBACK 篤篤賺交易（下稱「CASHBACK 篤篤賺交易」）是指閣下經香港電視購物網絡有限公司（“HKTVmall”）為商戶設立的專屬CASHBACK 篤篤賺頁面內之連結（下稱「HKTVmall連結」），前往商戶官方網站或流動應用程式並完成的交易。

2. 根據本條款及細則，合資格的付款方式指以Visa信用卡或Master信用卡進行付款（下稱「合資格付款方式」）。

3. 除非有下列情况，否則CASHBACK 篤篤賺交易應可享有HKTVmall Mall Dollar回贈（下稱「合資格CASHBACK 篤篤賺交易」）：

a. 在點擊HKTVmall連結之前，閣下未有：

i. 於瀏覽器中啟用Cookies；

ii. 清空商戶官方網站或流動應用程式內的購物車；或

iii. 關閉所有已開啟的商戶官方網站或流動應用程式視窗。

b. 在點擊HKTVmall連結後但於商戶官方網站或流動應用程式完成交易前，閣下：

i.  清除Cookies或瀏覽記錄；

ii. 開啟任何其他流動應用程式、網站或廣告；或

iii. 更改通過HKTVmall連開啟的商戶官方網站或流動應用程式的設定，包括但不限於顯示語言、價格顯示的貨幣或地區設定。

c.  該CASHBACK 篤篤賺交易並非以合資格付款方式完成；

d. 該CASHBACK 篤篤賺交易之付款失敗。

4. 合資格CASHBACK 篤篤賺交易中屬於下列項目的部分，將不符合獲取Mall Dollar回贈的資格（下稱「不合資格金額」）：

a. 保險產品；

b. 機票及酒店套票； 

c. 酒店禮券； 

d. 兒童及嬰兒機票；

e. 禮品卡；

f. 涉及全部或部分更換、修改、退回或取消之貨品或服務； 

g. 參與商店推廣、折扣或特別優惠之貨品或服務；

h. 以任何禮品卡、商店積分、店舖點數、優惠券、現金券或折扣／推廣代碼購買或兌換之貨品或服務；

i. 預購產品；及 

j. 任何貨品或服務中屬於收費部分者，包括但不限於稅項、服務費、燃油附加費、機場費，及任何其他附加費。

5. 除「不合資格金額」外，合資格CASHBACK 篤篤賺交易的Mall Dollar回贈預計於閣下收到相關貨品或服務全部提供之日後120天內存入，但此貨品或服務完成日期將以商戶確認為準。

6. 每個相關商戶於CASHBACK 篤篤賺顯示的Mall Dollar回贈百分比例應以本頁的上述為准。

7. CASHBACK 篤篤賺顯示商戶銷售貨品及服務的價格僅供參考，實際價格請參閱商戶官方網站或流動應用程式。

8. 如閣下的HKTVmall帳戶涉及任何欺詐行為或企圖操控HKTVmall平台，閣下同意該帳戶將被禁止，且該帳戶已獲得或將獲得之Mall Dollar將被取消。

9. Mall Dollar回贈的金額會依據商戶的貨幣兌換率而有所不同。

10. HKTVmall可保留權利隨時取消、修改或暫停：

a. 閣下的獲得Mall Dollar回贈資格，但只限懷疑CASHBACK 篤篤賺交易或相關訂單違反本條款及細則時；

b. 閣下獲取Mall Dollar回贈權利，但只涉被變更或取消的CASHBACK 篤篤賺交易；

c. 整個或部分Mall Dollar回贈計劃，且任何變更將於本頁面公布，恕不另行通知。

11. Mall Dollar自發放之日起有效期為三（3）個月。

12. 本條款及細則的適用法律為香港法律。

13. 如對Mall Dollar及／或CASHBACK 篤篤賺有任何查詢，請聯絡我們的客戶服務部。有關訂單查詢或退換貨要求，請參考相關商戶的官方網站。

 

如有任何爭議，香港電視購物網絡有限公司有權作出最終決定。

 

本條款及細則的中文譯本僅供方便參考，倘若英文版本與中文版本有任何歧異，概以英文版本為準。

商店送貨 / 退貨條款

1. 此商店為「展示商店」，店內所有產品及服務資料只供參考，實際以商戶網站之版本為準。
2. 客戶如需購買產品，需經由HKTVmall連結到商戶網站購物及完成訂單，產品運送亦由商戶網站負責。
3. 所有運費詳情，訂單查詢，退換貨處理請參閱商戶網站。

Below are the terms & Conditions of Product & Travel service in CASHBACK stores :

 

1. A CASHBACK Transaction (“CASHBACK Transaction”) is a transaction that you have completed on the merchant’s official website or mobile application which you were redirected to when clicking on the link provided by HKTVmall located within the dedicated CASHBACK page for each merchant (“HKTVmall Link”).

 

2. Under these terms and conditions, an eligible payment method shall be payment using [a Visa Credit Card and a Mastercard Credit Card] (“Eligible Payment Method”).

 

3. A CASHBACK Transaction shall be eligible for Mall Dollar rebates (“Eligible CASHBACK Transaction”) unless  where:

a. prior to clicking on the HKTVmall Link you have not:

i. enabled cookies on your browser;

ii. emptied the shopping cart in both the merchant’s official website or mobile application; or

iii. closed any open instances of the merchant’s official website or mobile application.

b. after clicking on the HKTVmall Link but before completing your transaction:

i. You clear your cookies or browser history; 

ii. Open any other mobile application or website; or

iii. You change any configurations on the merchant’s official website or mobile application which you are redirected to including but not limited to display language, currency price is displayed in and geographic region.

c. your transaction is not completed using an Eligible Payment Method

d. your payment for the transaction fails.

 

4. The portion of an Eligible CASHBACK Transaction used to pay for any of the following shall not be eligible for any Mall Dollar rebate (“Ineligible Amounts”):

a. Insurance products;

b. Flight and Hotel packages;

c. Hotel vouchers;

d. Children and infant airline tickets;

e. Gift cards;

f. Goods or services which have been exchanged, modified, returned or cancelled whether in whole or in part;

g. Goods or services which are subject to a store promotion, discount or special deal unless otherwise stated;

h. Goods or services which are purchased or redeemed using any gift cards, store credits, store points, coupons, vouchers or discount/promotional codes;

i. Pre-order products; and

j. The fee portion of any goods or services which includes but is not limited to taxes, service charges, airport fees and surcharges.

 

5. Mall Dollar rebates for Eligible CASHBACK Transactions other than for Ineligible Amounts are estimated to be credited within 120 days after you have received the relevant product(s) or after the date the service has been provided to you in its entirety, however such receipt or date of service completion shall be subject to the merchant’s confirmation.

 

6. The amount of the Mall Dollar rebate shall be as displayed on CASHBACK for each relevant merchant.

 

7. Any prices quoted on CASHBACK for goods and services sold by the merchant are for reference only, please refer to merchant’s official website or APP for actual prices.

 

8. Any HKTVmall accounts associated with fraudulent activities or attempts to exploit or manipulate the HKTVmall platform will be banned, and any Mall Dollar whether already earned or to be earned by that account will be forfeited.

 

9. The amount of any Mall Dollar rebate will vary according to the merchant's currency exchange rate.

 

10. HKTVmall reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend:

a. The eligibility of any transaction to receive Mall Dollar rebates if it suspects any transaction or order to be in breach of these terms and conditions;

b. Mall Dollar rebates for any transactions subject to any modifications or cancellations

c. The Mall Dollar rebate program in whole or in part at any time and any changes to be posted on this page without prior notice.

 

11. Mall Dollar are valid for three (3) months from the date of issuance.

 

12. The governing law for these terms and conditions are the laws of Hong Kong.

 

13. For any inquiries regarding Mall Dollar and/or CASHBACK please contact our Customer Service Department and any order inquiries or requests for returns and exchanges, please refer to the relevant merchant’s website.

 

In case of any disputes, Hong Kong TV Shopping Network Company Limited have the right to make the final decision.

 

The Chinese translation of these terms and conditions is for convenience only and in case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
