目前疫情嚴峻,為保障客戶和員工免受感染,HKTVmall政策規定,所有居住於有「確診個案大廈」的同事,無論全職或兼職,必須進行家居隔離,或取得陰性測試報告前,不能返回公司工作或接觸客戶。

在此嚴謹的防疫措施下,已經有接近2成送貨同事、司機、門市、倉務等因隔離而暫時無法如常工作,從而影響了執貨和送貨的效能。加上近日客戶單量急升,因此大家在完成選購後,會發現最快的送貨日期需要等候一星期或以上。

To protect our talents and customers in time of COVID-19 local outbreaks, HKTVmall imposed policy on talents who reside in buildings with confirmed cases, including both full-time and part-time talents, are subject to home quarantine or refrain from travelling back to office or contacting customers before getting health reports on negative testing results for COVID-19.

Under this stringent policy, 20% of our talents including delivery assistants, drivers, O2O shop assistants and warehouse workers are unable to report duties that have brought adverse effect on our order processing and delivery capacity. In addition to the surging demand recently, you may need to wait for at least 1 week for delivery upon order checkout.
