推廣期内，在HKTVmall下單，並限時追加「街市即日餸」訂單，即可享「街市即日餸」貨品金額的10% Mall Dollar回贈。

條款及細則：
1. 在HKTVmall下單後，追加「街市即日餸」訂單，即可享「街市即日餸」貨品總額的10% Mall Dollar回贈（不包括平台費、膠袋收費及退款金額），回贈金額不設上限。
2. Mall Dollar將會於訂單送遞完成後的7個工作天發放至客戶的HKTVmall帳戶，有效期為入帳起計14日内。
3. 「街市即日餸」追加服務不適用於門市自取或合作自取點訂單、指定時段訂單、海外地址及商戶派送貨品。
4. 如因任何無法控制的原因，如技術故障或其他軟體的不相容性問題，致使顧客未能進入HKTVmall 流動應用程式以參加本活動及優惠，本公司概不負責。
5. 此優惠只適用於HKTVmall 流動應用程式內的「街市即日餸」追加訂單。
6. 優惠只適用於 2024年8月29日至9月11日期間訂單，以落單時間為準，逾期作廢。
7. 如有爭議，本公司保留最終決定權，並保留權利隨時修改、更新、暫停、終止或取消本活動，或更改或補充有關之條款及細則，而毋須事先通知。
8. 本活動條款受香港特別行政區法律所管轄，並以此作為法律詮釋。
9. 參加本活動外的其他人士無權按《合約（第三者權利）條例》強制執行本條款及細則的任何條文，或享有本條款及細則任何條文下的利益。
10. 所有條款及細則的英文本若與中文本在文義上出現分歧，概以中文本為準。

During the promotion period, customers who place an order on HKTVmall and place a "Wet Market Express" Add On order may enjoy 10% Mall Dollar rebate of the "Wet Market Express" Add On items.
Promotion period: From 29 August 2024 to 11 September 2024
Terms & conditions:
1. Customers who place an order on HKTVmall and place a "Wet Market Express" Add On order may enjoy 10% Mall Dollar rebate of the "Wet Market Express" Add On items. Rebate amount excludes delivery fee, platform fee and plastic bag charge.
2. Mall Dollar will be credited to the customer’s account within 7 working days after the order is delivered and completed, and will be valid for 14 days starting from the day it is credited.
3. “Wet Market Express” Add On service is not applicable to shop pick up or outsourced pick up point orders, orders from selected delivery time slots, overseas addresses or merchant delivery orders.
4. In any unforeseen circumstances, such as technical failures or incompatibility issues with other software that do not allow eligible participants to participate in the Program, Hong Kong Technology Venture Company Limited assumes no liability nor responsibility.
5. This offer is applicable to HKTV Wet Market Express Add On orders only.
6. This offer is only applicable from 29 August to 11 September 2024, and will be void after the due date.
7. In case of any disputes, the company reserves the right to make the final decision and to modify, update, suspend, terminate, or cancel this activity, or to change or supplement the relevant terms and conditions without prior notice.
8. These terms and conditions of the activity are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and shall be interpreted accordingly.
9. Persons who are not participants in this activity have no right to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance or enjoy any benefits under any provision of these terms and conditions.
10. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency in meaning between the English version and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
