If your Citi HKTVmall card has not been activated, you will be unable to use it for payment. Please activate the credit card via Citi App.

The annual fee of Citi HKTVmall Card is HK$1,800 and first-year annual fee waiver.

If the HKTVmall Instant Credit has been approved, Citibank will notify you via SMS or email along with the limit of instant credit and the last 4 digits of the credit card. HKTVmall Instant Credit means a temporary credit line of the Citi HKTVmall Card for making Citi HKTVmall Card Payment Channel Transaction only, in such amount and for such duration as determined and granted by Citibank at its discretion, and will be cancelled upon issuance of the physical card.

If customers use the Citi HKTVmall card at HKTVmall via Visa / Master payment channel, the Citi HKTVmall card offer will not be applied. Therefore we recommend customers to add the Citi HKTVmall card into their HKTVmall account through "My e-Wallet" and complete the payment by Citi HKTVmall card payment channel.
