條款及細則: 

 1.本活動由香港電視購物網絡有限公司 (以下簡稱「本公司」) 主辦。是次活動只適用於HKTVmall手機應用程式内的「街市即日餸」交易,並不適用於網頁www.hktvmall.com內的任何交易。

 

2.是次活動的推廣期由2024年5月11日(星期六) 凌晨12時至5月31日(星期五) 晚上11時59分(包括頭尾兩日) ;登記期由2024年5月11日(星期六) 凌晨12時至6月1日(星期六) 晚上11時59分(包括頭尾兩日) 。以系統時間為準。

 

3. 本活動之參加者必須為HKTVmall會員、擁有有效的香港手提電話號碼及電郵地址。

 

4. 於推廣期內,參加者於HKTVmall「街市即日餸」任何單一訂單消費滿$350可獲一次抽獎機會,同一訂單消費滿$600或以上,則可獲兩次抽獎機會。消費額將以實際支付金額計算(即以Mall Dollars或任何折扣優惠券所支付之金額,則不計算在内);貨品退款金額(不論任何原因)亦不作消費額計算。 參加者於推廣期內累積越多乎合抽獎資格之訂單,可獲得之抽獎機會亦越多。

 

5. 參加方法: 參加者必須於登記期內,到登記網站: https://forms.gle/YU9U5p4qA2MQGvfp7 ,上載個人資料 (HKTVmall帳戶號碼、電郵地址及香港手提電話號碼) 。參加者於整個推廣期内只需登記一次,若HKTVmall帳戶號碼重複登記,將以第一次登記作準,重複之登記將視為無效 。

 

6.每個HKTVmall帳戶只限中獎一次,已中獎之參加者將不會進入下一輪抽獎;未能中獎之參加者及其累積的抽獎機會將自動撥入下一輪之抽獎。

 

7. 獎品分別會於以下日期以電腦隨機抽出: 

第一輪抽獎:2024年5月27日(消費額計算日期為2024年5月11日至17日晚上11時59分) 

第二輪抽獎:2024年6月3日(消費額計算日期為2024年5月11日至24日晚上11時59分) 

第三輪抽獎:2024年6月11日(消費額計算日期為2024年5月11日至31日晚上11時59分)

 

8. 得獎名單將於2024年6月12日於HKTVmall Facebook上公佈。主辦機構將於得獎名單公佈當天以登記時提供的電話、電郵地址及HKTVmall應用程式内的系統訊息通知得獎者領獎事宜,完整得獎名單將於2024年6月17日於星島日報及英文虎報公布。得獎者須於2024年6月30日或之前以電郵回覆確認抽獎結果,如HKTVmall 2024年6月30日或之前未收到回覆,即視作放棄獎品。

 

9.得獎者需於接到電話及電郵通知後30個工作天内(不包括星期六、日及公眾假期 )親身到香港科技探索有限公司(將軍澳工業村駿昌街1號)領獎,逾期作廢。

 

10. 本活動不接受代領獎品。得獎者必須親身領取獎品,届時需要出示得獎電郵、HKTVmall應用程式内帳戶號碼頁面及即時以登記表格内電話撥打指定電話,以作核對身份之用。

 

11. 本公司並非獎品之供應商,故此不會承擔此等獎品有關之任何法律責任。一切有關此等獎品之爭議,均應由得獎者與有關供應商自行解決。任何與獎品相關之產品及服務之質素及供應情況,一概由獎品之相關供應商或商戶負責。

 

12. 所有獎品不可退換或兌換現金。

 

13. 圖片只供參考,獎品以實物為準。

 

14.參加者向本公司承諾及保證所有提交之資料,均為真實且正確,亦沒有冒用或盜用任何第三者之資料。

 

15. 參加者所提供之個人資料僅供HKTVmall用於是次活動用途,且不會用於上述以外之用途,而所有已收集的個人資料將於本活動結束後3個月内銷毀。 

 

16. 除已提供的個人資料外,參加者所輸入的資料將不可更改,所有資料均以網上登記之記錄為準,任何重覆、錯誤或不完整的資料將被視作無效。若活動所填寫之資料不實或不正確,導致得獎者無法收到得獎通知、領獎詳情或獎品,本公司恕不負責。本活動只接受具有由香港流動電話網絡供應商提供的傳統語音功能的香港手提電話號碼登記,如手提電話號碼沒有上述的語音功能或於通知領獎時登記電話號碼已停止服務、無效或已更改,於指定時間內未獲領取之獎品將一概作廢。 

 

17. 本活動如有任何因電腦、網路、電話、技術或其他不可歸責於本公司或本公司無法控制之事由,而使參加者或得獎者所登記之資料或本公司發出之得獎通知或領獎詳情有延遲、遺失、錯誤、無法辨識或損毀,導致資料無效之情況,本公司不負任何法律責任,參加者或得獎者均不得異議。

 

18. 本活動條款受香港特別行政區法律所管轄,並以此作為法律詮釋。

 

19. 參加本活動外的其他人士無權按《合約(第三者權利)條例》強制執行本條款及細則的任何條文,或享有本條款及細則任何條文下的利益。 

 

20.所有條款及細則的英文本與中文本在文義上出現分歧,概以中文本為準。 

 

21. 任何參加者參加是次推廣活動,即表示已經同意並接受上述條款及細則約束。如有任何爭議,本公司保留最終決定及解釋權。

Wet Market Express Mother’s Day Lucky Draw 

Terms and Conditions 

1. This campaign is organised by Hong Kong TV Shopping Network Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). The lucky draw campaign is only applicable to the [Wet Market Express] transaction within HKTVmall mobile application and is not applicable to the transaction within the website www.hktvmall.com. 

 

2. The registration and promotion period for this campaign is from 12:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2024, to 23:59 on Friday, May 31, 2024 (including the first and last days). The registration period will be from 12:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2024, to 11:59 p.m. on Saturday, June 1, 2024, including the first and last days. The system time shall prevail. 

 

3. The participants of this campaign must be HKTVmall members and have a valid Hong Kong mobile phone number and email address. 

 

4. During the campaign period, participant is entitled to one entry into the lucky draw by making a single order of [Wet Market Express] within HKTVmall with a minimum spending of $350. If the total spending on a single order reaches $600 or above, participant will receive two entries into the lucky draw. The spending amount will be calculated based on the actual payment made (excluding payment made with Mall Dollars or any discount offers). Refunded/cancellation amounts for products (regardless of the reason) will not be counted as part of the spending amount. The more qualifying orders accumulated by participants during the promotional period, the more chances they will have in the lucky draw. 

 

5. Participants must register within the registration period by visiting the registration website: https://forms.gle/YU9U5p4qA2MQGvfp7 and upload their personal information (HKTVmall account number, email address, and Hong Kong mobile phone number). Participants only need to register once throughout the entire campaign period. In the case of duplicate registration with the same HKTVmall account number, the first registration will be considered valid, and any subsequent duplicate registrations will be deemed invalid. 

 

6. Each HKTVmall account is eligible to win only once. Once a participant has won a prize, they will not be entered into the subsequent rounds of the lucky draw. Participants who did not win a prize and their accumulated entries will automatically roll over to the next round of the lucky draw. 

 

7. The prizes will be randomly drawn by computer on the following dates: 

Round 1 Lucky Draw: May 27, 2024 (Spending calculation period: May 11 to May 17, 11:59 PM) 

Round 2 Lucky Draw: June 3, 2024 (Spending calculation period: May 11 to May 24, 11:59 PM) 

Round 3 Lucky Draw: June 11, 2024 (Spending calculation period: May 11 to May 31, 11:59 PM) 

 

8. The list of winners will be announced on HKTVmall's Facebook page on June 12, 2024. On the day of the announcement, the company will notify the winners of the prize collection details through the phone number, email address provided during registration, and messages within the HKTVmall application. The complete list of winners will be published in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on June 17, 2024. Winners must confirm to acknowledge by email on or before June 30, 2024. If the company does not receive a response by June 30, 2024, it will be considered as giving up the prize. 

 

9. Winners must personally collect their prizes at Hong Kong Technology Venture Company Limited (1 Chun Cheong Street, Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate, Tseung Kwan O) within 30 working days after receiving the phone and email notification (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Failure to claim the prize within the specified period will result in forfeiture. 

 

10. This campaign does not allow prize collection by representative. Winners must personally collect their prizes and present the winning email, the account number page within the HKTVmall application, and make an immediate phone call to the designated number provided in the registration form to verify their identity. 

 

11. The company is not the supplier of the prizes and therefore will not assume any legal responsibility regarding the prizes. Any disputes related to these prizes should be resolved between the winners and the relevant suppliers on their own. The quality and supply of any products and services related to the prizes are the responsibility of the respective prize suppliers or merchants. 

 

12. All prizes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

 

13. The pictures are for reference only. The actual prizes shall prevail. 

 

14.Participants undertake and guarantee that all submitted information to the Company is true, accurate, and does not involve impersonation or theft of any third-party data. 

 

15. The personal information provided by participants will only be used by HKTVmall for the purpose of this campaign and will not be used for any other purposes. All collected personal data will be destroyed in 3 months after the campaign has ended. 

 

16. Participants' entered data, apart from the provided personal information, cannot be changed. All data will be based on the records of online registration, and any duplicated, incorrect, or incomplete data will be deemed invalid. If the information provided in the registration is untrue or incorrect, resulting in the winner's inability to receive the winning notification, prize collection details, or the prize itself, the company will not be held responsible. This event only accepts registration with Hong Kong mobile phone numbers that have traditional voice call functionality provided by Hong Kong mobile network 

operators. If the mobile phone number does not have the mentioned voice call functionality or if the registered phone number is no longer in service, invalid, or has been changed at the time of prize collection notification, the unclaimed prize within the specified timeframe will be forfeited. 

 

17. The Company shall not be liable for any delays, losses, errors, unidentifiability, or damages to the registered data, winning notifications, or prize details caused by reasons beyond the control of the Company, including but not limited to computer, network, telephone, technical, or other reasons. Participants or winners shall not object to such situations. 

 

18. The terms and conditions of the promotion are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and shall be interpreted accordingly. 

 

19. Persons who are not participants in the promotion have no right to enforce any provisions of these terms and conditions under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance or enjoy any benefits under any provisions of these terms and conditions. 

 

20. In the campaign of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. 

 

21. By participating in this campaign, participants are deemed to have agreed to and accepted the above terms and conditions. In the event of any dispute, the company reserves the right for the final decision and interpretation.
