- Since Pick Up Service Partners is operated by a third party, the arrangement under inclement weather conditions may be different from our O2O shops. For more details, please obtain the latest information from Pick Up Service Partners directly.
Please note that once an order is confirmed, the automated logistics process will start and the system will instantly send the order details to related merchants for product preparation and shipping, or the products may have already arrived at the warehouse and are being prepared for delivery. Making temporary changes (e.g.: changing order items, modifying item quantities, updating item styles, adjusting item sizes, changing payment methods, etc.) to a confirmed order may cause discrepancies in the logistics records and affect the delivery arrangements. Therefore, we apologize for being unable to cancel or modify any confirmed orders and appreciate your understanding.
To ensure a smoother shopping experience, you are suggested to add the favorite items to the shopping cart or wishlist, and reconfirm the order details (including product items, quantities, styles, sizes, discounted prices, payment method, etc.) before making the payment.

(a) A “Pick Up Notice” will be sent through HKTVmall Message Center, please pick up the parcel from your selected O2O shops within 3 days upon arrivals.
(b) You may check the latest delivery status in "My Orders". Please turn on the “Push Notification” function to receive the latest news.
(c) If order has not been picked up within the pickup period, the overdue order will be cancelled and no refund arrangement will be made.
The cooperative pick-up points only provide pickup service at that moment. If there are any inquiries after collecting the order, you are recommended to contact our Live Chat Agent for assistance.
Please note that if returning the item was scheduled after reporting the problem, the designated return spot will be the nearest HKTVmall O2O shop, for example:

1A : The pick-up service partner only provides pickup services at this moment. Please go to the nearest O2O shop for any inquiry or to return the goods.

2Q. What should I do if there is any problem after picking-up the order?

3A. Yes, a representative could show the QR code/ provide the order number to our colleague for the pick-up process.
4Q. If I choose to pick up in a pick up service partner, how long is the pick-up period?
4A. The pick-up period is within 3 days upon the order arrived at the pick-up point.
5Q. Is the collection process same as the usual?
5A. Yes, but the pick-up service partners do not have the support of customer service. If there is any inquiry after receiving the order, in addition to submitting an application, you can also contact our Live Chat Agent or go to the nearby O2O shop for our assistance.
6Q. Can the service partners pick-up orders accumulate VIP spending?
6A. Yes, the amount of service partner pick-up order will be accumulated as usual. If you reach the specified spending amount and meet the required number of orders, you will become a member of the corresponding level. The conditions for upgrading or renewing membership are as follows:
