PayMe x HKTVmall Monday Only Promotion Terms and Conditions:

When is the offer
  1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotional period for PayMe x HKTVmall Monday Only Promotion offers are applicable every Monday from 15 January to 25 March 2024.
Who can enjoy the offer
  1. This promotion applies to Eligible Users; they must use PayMe for payment at HKTVmall during the Promotional Period in order to receive offers under this promotion.
What is the offer
  1. During the promotional period, Eligible Users can enjoy the offer(s) when using PayMe as payment method at HKTVmall mobile app ( ‘Promotion’ ):
  • Offer 1: Get HKD 40 off when making purchases of HKD 400 or more. To redeem, enter promo code: 40MPAYME.
  • Offer 2: Get HKD 80 off when making purchases of HKD 800 or more. To redeem, enter promo code: 80MPAYME.
  1. Each Eligible user can enjoy each offer once each Monday of the Promotion Period.
  2. All Offers are NOT applicable to (including but not limited to) App of HKTVmall (Lite), shipping fees, purchase of HKTVmall e-Gift vouchers, HKTVmall ad credit top up coupon, infant milk powder (Stage 1), HKTVmall packing materials, charity donations, life insurance products, Eco mart, multiple live channels, Wet Market Express, Ship to UK, Ship to Macau, Ship to Australia, Ship to Canada, Everuts orders, payments made at HKTVmall O2O shops and transactions made through other payments.
  3. To enjoy any of the offer, Eligible users must make a single net transaction meeting the minimum spend at HKTVmall with PayMe and successfully enter the Promo code at the checkout page during the Promotion Period.
  4. For avoidance of doubt, a single net transaction means the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions, Mall Dollar cash rebate and value of the HKTVmall e-Gift Voucher (where applicable).
  5. During the promotion period, the offer is subject to a limited quota on first come first served basis. The Bank and HKTVmall reserve right to alter such quota at its sole discretion .
  1. PayMe and HKTVmall will not accept any liability should an Eligible User fails to input the Promo Code when conducting transactions and that it results in forfeiture of the user’s eligibility to the Promotion. After entering the Promo Code, the system will automatically apply the Promotion to the applicable order and display the discount on the transaction page .
  2. Depending on the nature of the promotion as further specified in the promotion materials by HKTVmall, Eligible User must either spend a minimum value per purchase (excluding delivery fees) or purchase selected item if specified in the promotion materials in order to enjoy the offer .

  3. In case of any disputes arising out of this promotion, the decision of the Bank and HKTVmall shall be final and conclusive.
  4. The offers cannot be exchanged for cash/service, other products or discounts. The offers are not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotional offers and discounted items / programmes (unless otherwise specified). Please check with the HKTVmall for details.
  5. These terms and conditions of the offers are governed by Hong Kong laws. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of the promotional materials and these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  6. The offers are non-exchangeable for cash, non-refundable and non-transferable .
What these terms mean
‘Eligible User(s)’ means customers using the PayMe App and HKTVmall.
‘The Bank’ means The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited.
