2026 "DIAMOND VIP, GOLD VIP & VIP Day Membership Upgrade" Terms and Conditions:
1. The cumulative consumption amount required for upgrading refers to the total billed amount,not counting the amount from coupon, gift voucher, used Mall Dollar Cash Rebate and other discount offers.Only the bills that after the return/exchange period will be considered as applicable.
2. Orders delivered to Hong Kong, Macau and overseas (UK, Australia, Canada, etc), "Wet Market Express", ThePlace and orders placed from the HKTV Live Selling Channel will be included in the cumulative consumption of Diamond VIP members , Gold VIP members and VIP members, but HKTVmall lite app, the payment orders for lite app users using the "link account" function and all transaction done via "CASHBACK" stores will not be included in the cumulative consumption of Diamond VIP members , Gold VIP members and VIP members.
3. Membership upgrades, downgrades, and renewals are handled automatically by the system based on accumulated spending amounts and the number of eligible orders within the existing membership valid period (for Diamond VIP, Gold VIP or VIP members) or the past 365 days (for normal members). Only completed orders would be counted into eligible spending amounts and eligible order, according to order creation date.
4. Order is considered as completed after the completion of delivery and the expiry date of return/ exchange period if any. Customers can check the status in “Order History”.
5. Diamond VIP, Gold VIP and VIP Membership starts on the day after the spending threshold has been met. (E.g. On 17 March, the delivery for a non-returnable order was completed. The record is shown as “Order completed” on Order History page. Diamond VIP, Gold VIP or VIP membership starts on 18 March.) (E.g. On 17 March, the delivery for an order within 14-day return period was completed. Customer has not requested for return/exchange, and the order status becomes “order completed”. Diamond VIP, Gold VIP or VIP membership starts on 1 April.)

1. 5% Off on Diamond VIP Day, Gold VIP Day and VIP Day is only eligible for purchase upon $500; Diamond VIP shopping day is on Wednesdays and Thursdays, Gold VIP shopping day is on Wednesdays, and VIP shopping day is on Fridays. The Diamond VIP shopping day discount code is only applicable to Diamond VIP customers, the Gold VIP shopping day discount code is only applicable to Gold VIP customers, and the VIP shopping day discount code is only applicable to VIP customers. This promotional code is only applicable to online shopping at www.hktvmall.com or HKTVmall App. This promotional code must be entered during the online shopping transaction process to be redeemed. The discount code is not applicable to products from Wet Market Express, Everuts, ThePlace and Live channels.

3.
